2:1 Personal Training with Nutritional Guidance and Progress Tracking.
Session duration 90-100 minutes.
2:1 Personal Training with Progress Tracking ONLY (no Nutritional Guidance).

2:1 Personal Training ONLY (no Nutritional Guidance or Progress Tracking).

TD Steel Body Bootcamp
8 week, 2 sessions per week, lifestyle transformation program (for buddies).
Includes; Nutritional Guidance, 16 Training Sessions, Progress Tracking, and Orientation.
